How do you uncover the best ideas in your organization and turn them into practice? Work-Out is a process that empowers teams to eliminate bureaucracy and find smarter ways to accomplish their jobs and manage their workloads. First introduced at GE in the 1980’s, Work-Out is fast, highly energizing, and open to employees at all levels. Through structured one to two day workshops, employees brainstorm and prioritize opportunities for change. The facilitated session culminates in a Town Meeting where executive sponsors make real-time decisions on substantial recommendations for process changes and improvements. KCG consultants work with you to define the scope of a Work-Out, gain the commitment of the sponsor and participants, and facilitate the actual sessions.
We provide ongoing support to project leaders and coaching to sponsors as needed. KCG also designs and delivers training so that your organization builds the internal capability to lead and facilitate future Work-Outs.
