Tamara has over 12 years of experience working with companies to execute their business strategies. She specializes in strategic planning, business process transformation, and people development. Tamara also brings extensive experience in project planning and management, communications strategy, organization alignment and change management, facilitation and training. She has worked across a range of industries, with a strong concentration in global financial services.

Previously, Tamara was a leader in the Strategy and Transformation Practice at Capgemini (formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC). While with Capgemini, her projects ranged from developing leadership programs, to designing resource allocation strategies which generated billions of dollars in cost savings, and creating new business models in the context of regulatory change. In addition to her client serving role, Tamara was also part of the Global People Development Team responsible for training internal consultants and external clients in core skills such as project planning and design, structured thinking, delivering presentations, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients included American Express, Cigna, DLJ, H&R Block, JP Morgan & Co, Lexis-Nexis, and State Farm.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Tamara held marketing and advertising positions where she worked with consumer products, financial services, and telecommunications companies. Tamara holds an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business with a major in Finance and Management and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester. She is also a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
